Let me start by saying that I CANNOT believe some of the reviews that I just read (aside from the wonderful ones). Everyone has a right to their opinion, I guess, but here is my story:

A few months ago I started the hunt for my wedding dress. I went to The Dress in Medina with my bridal party, my mom and furture mother-in-law. It was a good experience, however, they didn't have anything that gave me "that feeling" that all former brides always talk about. We had a second appointment scheduled for another salon in Rocky River- I can't even remember the name of the salon right now so I guess nothing else really needs to be said about that. As we were leaving that salon, feeling defeated and annoyed, we saw the sign for The Perfect Bride and decided to stop in and see if they'd at least let us look to see what they have. Mind you, I had 6 people with me and no appointment scheduled. Trust me when I say we are a tough group to please and are all very opinionated and I absolutely LOVED the salon and the staff were my absolute favorite! Carly was amazing, she embraced me and my ladies and did nothing but ensure that she would help me find my perfect dress. Not only did she let us look, but she also OFFERED to have me try on some dresses to see if we can get an idea of what I like (I wasn't even expecting to be acknowledged without an appointment, next thing I knew I was in a wedding dress). She was amazing.

Long story short: I've never been a review person, however, I had an overwhelming desire to counter all of the negative ones because I just don't believe them. I just purchased my dress today, found my bridesmaids dresses and got my favorite little human (my niece) a beautiful junior bridesmaids dress- all with the help of Carly. Oh, and Carly was so sweet to my niece- she now wants to own a "wedding dress shop" when she's older. Try this place out for yourself, I would never go anywhere else. They are absolutely wonderful there and I can't thank them enough for helping me through this process :)

They have many dresses to choose from - pro. Now the cons - the minute we walked in the door the older woman (I'm assuming the mother) was rude and looked at us like we were monsters. AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. The daughter kept rushing us and said several times "you're my last appointment." It was like she was ripping the dresses off of me. The mother was walking around using a tone of voice I wouldn't use on my dog if he pooped on my couch. I tried on the dresses I wanted, had my friends sneak pictures of me in them, and will be purchasing my dress elsewhere.

At first this boutique seemed to fit my needs as a bride and for my bridesmaids. However, it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The staff is unorganized, extremely rude and condescending. 

I had ordered several of my bridesmaid dresses from here and one in particular was not noted correctly on the computer for order. The dress came in the wrong length and unfortunately my bridesmaid was not able to obtain the original purchase and she had to walk out with a floor sample. After many visits of time wasted and money you would think they would have tried to uphold their reputation by offering some sort of compensation for all the times spent and trouble trying to figure out their mistake. 

I truly wanted to like this boutique besides their mistake which everyone makes.... however, almost every "professional" there had an attitude that was absolutely unacceptable and even unbearable.

Terribly-mannered staffing. I brought about 10 dresses into the fitting room and only tried on 2 - I truly couldn't get out of this store quickly enough. I've never experienced customer service this bad in my life. From the attitudes to the demeaning tone of voice, I felt unwelcomed and unwanted. After leaving, I walked about .5 miles away from this business to Bella Bridesmaids, also located in Rocky River - please take your business there rather than The Perfect Bride.

Sales women was incredibly rude. Came in to look for a mother of the bride dress for my mom. She didn't even ask our budget and just started pulling all these expensive dresses.  Any time I tried to share my opinion the women was very quick to cut me off and ignore my thoughts.  I'm sorry but you should be respectful of a budget and be polite enough to ask. Care a little more about potential customers then jut making a sale. Any time I said anything at all she was so quick to snap at me. Skip this place
