day was all it took, and I was certain that I was sent home with a different pillow then the one I fell in love with on the showroom floor. The pillow on the showroom floor was thick and firm; the one in the box was clearly almost two inches thinner. The one on the showroom floor was cool, dare I say cold on one side, the one I took home seems to have similar coloring on both side, a completely different washable cover, and it is hard to tell which side is the “cool side”. This one pillow was $130 + tax (!!!!!), either they saw me coming, or the salesman made an egregious mistake. I would also point out that he made it clear during the entire pillow buying experience that we needed to be sure because “pillows are like underwear, you can’t return them once you take them home and try them”. Let me be clear, my underwear is $24 a 3-pak and I have never written a bad review about Dillard’s. Buyer's remorse…
