Juan at the Auto Center was awesome! I needed new tires quickly and he was fast, easy to communicate with, and affordable. They also had a great promotion going on, with no gimmicks. I highly recommend seeing Juan for any of your auto needs. Sears is very lucky to have an employee like him. This is my new place for car needs.

Such a frustrating store. No one is ever on the register. Place is often empty. Return policy is unclear and yet inflexible. Just tried to return two shirts paid at full price. Cashier keeps saying their system won't allow return over 30 days. Got a manager who offered $2.49 fo store credit for a $38 shirt with the receipt. Lost my business today and in the future. Expect they will be out of business soon.

This place is horrible! We bought a washer dryer combination unit for a rental and they sold us the wrong power ( 110v vs 220v) . We then went back to this Sears and tried to get the issue resolved. We waited for about 10 minutes before anyone approached us and when we explained the issue Ed Sheldon said "I can't do an exchange since we work on commission". So, we then waited for the MOD for about 15 more minutes. They had to page Ron or Tony three times. Completely dissatisfied with this sore and experience. I purchased about $5,000 from this store for another property here in Centennial a year ago. I will never buy anything from Sears again! Homedepot ,Lowe's or Best Buy are much better.
