I went into sleep train on black Friday expecting a crowd and a limited selection. My experience was exactly the opposite! My salesman was Tony and he did a perfect job helping me find the right mattress. He answered all of my questions (which I had millions), he was patient, helped me with financing, and got me an amazing deal on my bed. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into purchasing anything right away, and Tony was sincerely informative. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend Sleep Train to friends and family. My experience was fantastic. Thanks again Tony!

The person helping us get our bed initially was very helpful, but the mattress just wasn't working out for us so I went back (within the time limit) to talk to them about a trade-in.  I was quite heavily pressured to go back and give it another try.  I did, for a month or more, and it just hurt too much so I came back again.  Again, I was pressured to give it another shot, and we left.  Now, a few months later, and I have pain every morning in my ribs and back.  I tried to see if there was anything they could do but they said they're locked out after the 130 days.  I understand that, but it just feels like it was a sales tactic that took advantage of my lack of knowledge about how fast mattresses are supposed to soften up, and I'm kind of bummed about it.

I went in not even knowing the kind of mattress I wanted, but Tony helped me out. He directed me to a mattress that has been working wonders on my body and was in my price range. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. Delivery was right on time and they put everything together for me (I had the bunkie board, mattress, and mattress protector). Overall it was a great experience!

My wife and I had used Sleep Train before (Sleep Country at the time) and we had good service then. This was even better than our last time. Our salesman was super thorough, walking us through all of the options and ensuring we got the mattress that was just right for us. When it came time for the purchase, he was patient as we walked through all of our options and ensured we did the right thing for our budget. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this location.
