I dreaded the prospect of dealing with a salesperson since I know nothing about mattresses.  However, Chris was lovely and taught me everything I needed to know, without any pressure at all to buy.  She gave me straight answers, and I was able to make an informed decision.  The mattress I bought is just what I wanted, and I and grateful to Chris and very pleased with the entire experience.

We were in the market for a new mattress and made the right choice by going into Mattress1One first.  Chris made our shopping experience pleasant and hassle free, and we walked out satisfied customers!
