I dreaded the prospect of dealing with a salesperson since I know nothing about mattresses.  However, Chris was lovely and taught me everything I needed to know, without any pressure at all to buy.  She gave me straight answers, and I was able to make an informed decision.  The mattress I bought is just what I wanted, and I and grateful to Chris and very pleased with the entire experience.

We were in the market for a new mattress and made the right choice by going into Mattress1One first.  Chris made our shopping experience pleasant and hassle free, and we walked out satisfied customers!  We took advantage of the President's Day sale and received a rebate plus an additional couple of incentives.  There was no need to go anywhere else.  Thank you Chris!
