*This company has no regard for human life. Unless they can give you credit to come in and buy more.* We previously lived in the Livonia/Redford area and we're in town from South of Adrian. We bought a mattress set and they attached it to our luggage rack. As they were running too low on TWINE to do the normal securing, we gave them 200ft of actual rope we brought just to be safe. We asked for an additional front to back tie down as we had such a distance and they refused myself and my roommate individually saying it was unnecessary and a waste of time. We were given no warnings whatever of any driving conditions or situations to avoid. As we were driving down, 275, our set flew off and almost caused a crash. My room mate had to remove the items from the lane on the highway while I sat in the van with his sons. Luckily someone stopped and helped us retie it so we could get home. When I informed the store, what happened, we got a half hearted apology at best, and after being told it was our fault, we were offered $50 in store credit. I guess that is the going price for a vehicle and it's occupants after they crash into a box spring at 55 mph. Also, I according to the desk maiden, I only told them to get a free 4 mattress. I guess the danger and liability aren't really that important. (To them)

I have bought 3 queen size mattress set's in the last year and I'm very Satisfied the salesman was friendly and professional and the delivery was fast and helpful with the set up.

Best prices around and I went to at least 7 places. They even loaded the mattress into my van before I paid. Happy customer!

I purchased a memory foam mattress, I gotta say it was well worth the price tag. Quality material, but most of all the service, I had an issue with the foot board (it was cracked, most likely during the shipping process from the factory) the owner replaced it at no charge and had it delivered free of charge the next day. Very comfortable, would recommend. NO SECOND HAND MATERIALS HERE! :)
