Some of the most absolutely absurd things that have happened to me from this store: 1) Was sold a broken appliance, sale paper said "Tested and working" 2) Associate sold me an appliance after many times saying there is a 1-year factory warranty. The appliance did NOT have a factory warranty and in fact was a secondary warranty with only 8 MONTHS left on it. 3) Been put on hold for 20+ minutes and then the call was dropped (most likely ended by an associate) (multiple times) 4) After call disconnections, would ring the store for 45-60 minutes before someone picked up again. Sometimes I would audibly hear an associate pick the phone up and put it down so it would stop ringing. 5) Their automated delivery phone system (for scheduling dropoffs + pickups) FAILED 3 times in a row to notify me of a pickup scheduling 6) After contacting their "regional managers" that had posted on Google Reviews, I would get a frantic call from a store associate trying to fix things. Managers wouldn't even acknowledge my emails. 7) Failed to initialize a refund after picking up my dryer and having it in their warehouse for an entire week. I had to call to get the refund. 8) Utter lack of care and sympathy by every single person in the store and at corporate. Stay far away

The most horrible experience ever!!! Went to buy my elderly aunt a much needed box spring, decided a mattress would be good as well!! They had single pieces against the wall and sets down the aisle together so I picked out a set, grabbed her an a/c too rang it up and set for delivery. Well apparently I only bought a mattress for 1100 dollars, at an OUTLET store, so I asked them to pick it back up, which they did, but did not bother to tell me I had to come in to get the refund, also then looked at my card to find out they charge me double!! The "Manager", was very rude and expressed many snide comment, very belittling. I have purchased many items from here. NEVER AGAIN Sears did contact me and offer a free box spring, and free delivery, I accepted the offer, they made good on the free box spring, not the delivery, but I am happy that they finally took notice, not so much that it had to take a bad review to do it. I really hope that the snarky dude was told that being an ugly person when we already have such ugly is so sad. I am sorry, yes they refunded the delivery fee as well!!

As I walked in Salesman El greeted me with a friendly and pleasant smile. El was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Thank you El for making my visit stress free! Merry Christmas

There is some deals, there is also some beat up appliances. Choose carefully.

Sears Outlet Stores put all of the other competition to shame. As long as you don't mind a minor cosmetic flaw (which would more than likely happen in the first few months of use of a non-flawed appliance - besides, who cares about a scratch on a side panel that will be hidden by a cabinet?) you will not find a better price around. The Sales Manager assisted me and actually made my purchase, fun and enjoyable. I have nothing bad to say about Sears or Sears Outlets. I've made several medium to large purchases from Sears in the past year and am totally satisfied (and have extra money in my pocket, due to Sears pricing, to boot).
