Holy cow! Bad, bad & Bad! I took my purchases to the counter & immediately started getting chewed out for going to someone I'd never heard of about an issue. I was also accused of trying to "disguise" myself for having my name spelled wrong by one letter. After my purchase, I wasn't offered a bag or receipt. When I sd I'd talk to the manager, I was told the person WAS the manager. When I later asked if there was anyone above her, she said No. As I was driving away, I heard her on the phone referring to me as a B**** & saying I was crazy. I drove to the bank next door & shortly after, the "manager' walked up to my vehicle with a landline phone & started hitting my window with it & taking pics of the inside of my vehicle with a cell phone. I ended up moving my vehicle to a safer location before calling the police

Their gas is good and their pump nozzle actually fits into my car.

I like the Gold membership they offer, which allows you to save up to 5 cents per gallon. My only gripe with Shell gas stations is that they have their bathrooms on the outside of the building, and they are locked which makes it more inconvenient to use.
