There are much better Mavis stores in the Syracuse area... This manager LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cicero is the place to go for quality not here.They don't take responsibility for low quality work as well as leach every extra penny to ACTUALLY finish the job.

I would have given them 0 starts if I could. Got alignment/balance/rotation done. Steering wheel was off center. Took it back. They told me they needed a special scanner but didn't have it to correct. Could tell my vehicle drove terrible anyway. Took it to Ford Dealership 5 days later. Told me there is no such scanner, and my tires weren't even close to being balanced, and the toe was off on the alignment. HORRIBLE ! Will never go there again !

Do NOT get your car inspected here. They will do what ever they can to suck money out of you. I watched them and they said my car will fail inspection because of a wiper. They didnt even touch the wipers. STAY AWAY

The guys here are excellent. I know they say if you go to a chain, they're all the same.. This just isn't the case. They've always taken excellent care of me and notify me promptly on every step of the process. Bottom line, you can make copies of shops, but not the people! Thanks again guys!

Car wasn't fixed then we brought it back and manager did resolve the situation quicky. But some of the staff members are lazy and complain when told to fix something.
