Let me first say I only go into that Walmart or any Walmart just to purchase cleaning products or I pick up the sensation wax melts. Every time I go in there to look for my everyday items that I use either not located where the label is or I can't find them on the Shelf. As far as management goes it really sucks I'm either overcharged so I'm always making two trips and then also too and on top of that I've returned just three days ago and item a pair of shoes that I wore once and it caused some kind of rash on my foot. I only had the shoes on for about 2 hours they were still white on the bottom of the sneaker I returned it with my sales slip and they said to me management mange you oh well you wore them we can give you your money back or credit your card because you're three days past the 90-day policy.!! The customer service person at the desk was very nasty and rude! I asked for a store manager or an assistant manager in the customer service said there's none working this evening she said to me I'm a manager and I responded back and said well why does your tag just sayAssociate? I then proceeded to go out the door and I asked the greeter if there was a manager on duty and he responded Yes and he called a manager and after telling her what happened after I put the shoes on and shoulder the top of my foot she refused to give me my money back and gave me a gift card. So I no longer will shop at the Walmart Camillus store. And it is the other reviews stated about rating this Walmart Camillus store is true you have to wait half an hour at least to check out your items and there's never any amount of registers open to take care of the amount of customers that they receive. Especially at the first of the month when welfare people are in there or the senior citizens getting their social security check. I hate this store and I tried to call corporate and you can't get through to them and I never ever buy food in that store

Walmart has always been a pleasure shopping. They have just about everything. I do however wish they sold better clothing lines and had shorter lines. It's terrible sometimes waiting

AVOID THIS LOCATION. We ordered a "good luck on your new job " cake for an employee leaving our department... see pic below. This cake was unacceptable to us but their manager ensured us that the cleaning people who wrote on this cake did a good job... THE CLEANING PEOPLE??? NOPE. btw "luck" looks odd because the cleaning people spelled it "luke" also, maps makes me give at least one star.

As a store I would say the updated floorplan is nice. Easier to navigate and see where things are. I think operations could be improved on tho. Overall quality could be better. Thx
