We have been with Verizon for many years and have purchased many phones. Our experience with E. J. was by far the best! He was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. He is a great asset to the Verizon Company.

Great experience! Louis was informative and helpful! UPDATE: completely disappointed with service today. We weren't in to purchase phones or add lines so apparently no one wanted to bother with us. I was so upset that I can't remember who waited on us. Arrogant and rude! we have questions about our bill, imessage, and apps using data but the Verizon Wireless store doesn't want to be bothered with that. Also Louis told us previously that the 5C we activated for my son was insured and he was FLAT OUT WRONG. Thanks Louis. It isn't insurable. Great help!

Tyler was extremely helpful and patient during my time here at Verizon. While having trouble accessing my ICloud he exhausted every effort to help me gain access to it. When it was one to buy a new phone he provided me with very useful information that will be beneficial to me in the future. He is an excellent employee.

I went to upgrade my phone from a 7 to an 8 Plus. I was nervous about the switch, but Armin and James made me feel so much better about my investment! They were so nice and funny and that is the kind of customer service that will continue to bring me to the Camillus location for all my cellphone needs! I highly recommend this location! I would give 6 stars if I could :)

Louis is a fantastic sales rep! I have been with verizon for many years and he is definitely top of the list! Great fun on top of that. Made purchasing all new phones the easiest its been in a long time! Many thanks to all the reps!
