My husband had a flat tire. Seeing the late hours at Mavis he ran over to see if they could fix the tire. He was promptly seen and they repaired the tire! Excellent service. Courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Great staff here! They seem to actually genuinely care about the customer at this shop, unlike many other auto shops who just see you as a dollar sign. Bryan, the store manager was great to work with and wasn't at all pushy. Will be back!!

Called to drop off a tire from my wife's car that had picked up a nail.  The guy on the phone said 30 mins.  When I dropped it off around noon, the guy behind the counter said it'd be a couple hours, and said he'd call me.  I was hoping to wait since it was a solid 20 min drive from my house, but not for 2 hours...  I could a repaired it myself in that time...  At 4:30, having not gotten a call, I was afraid they'd close, leaving my wife no way to get to work, so I called them.  "Oh yeah" he said, "you can come pick it up".  I'll drive the extra 5 minutes to another place next time.

This service was TERRIBLE. I am not from the area and am not good with cars. Not only were they rude, they were MEAN. I am extremely uncomfortable and not knowledgeable  about cars, tires, etc. I prayed that they would be nice and easy to work with. Not only were they disrespectful, they told me it would be a few minutes which turned into a 3 hour wait. They didn't explain to me what was wrong with my car and were so dismissive. Less than a week later, the tire blows out again. When I called the representative was EVEN MORE RUDE to me. I know everyone has bad days (self included), but this is unacceptable - I would NEVER refer anyone to this business and I highly recommend if you are reading this, go somewhere else for service.

I stopped by here earlier today to have them patch a full sized spare tire. They tried a couple times to plug the hole, but it was too big. When I asked how much I owed for their efforts, they responded "nothing since they weren't able to fix it." I appreciated their help and will go back there when I'm ready for new tires.
