Placed an order on-line for pickup. 24 hours later order still not fulfilled. Called the store. First call was disconnected. Second call went to sporting goods. Third call was transferred from department to department w/no one to resolve the issue. Cancelled the order.

Never go here if you're in a hurry. Ever. Update: they now have a bunch of self checkout stations that have improved things a bit. Also, I'll let you in on a little secret... You can check out in the garden section and there's usually no line. It's worth the walk to the far end of the store. You can also check out with stuff at the counter where you pick up online orders. You just need to have something to pick up. Look out, Amazon.

Great selection & awesome prices! Wish they would sell 1/2 gallon cartons of SO (brand) coconut milk.. Then, I'd give 5*!!

I’d give it zero stars if I could. I wonder if they’ll ever figure out what customer service is. Or how to lift up a phone and say “hello” What do you have a better chance of getting? A text back from me or Walmart to answer your call??

The laziest group of workers on the planet!! There are maybe one out of every ten who will stop what they are doing to help you. The other nine tell you they are too busy to help you. How absurd is that!! You don't have a minute to help a customer. Smh
