The worst service I have ever experienced.  The manager gave me false information on two occasions and when I arrived expecting my tires he looked at me strangely and said "we don't have your brand."  This was after he made me wait while smoking a cigarette for 10 minutes when no one was in the establishment.  Two separate occasions and two major mistakes. Coincidence...I don't thinks so.  Just bad un organized business.   They need to communicate and put someone else in charge.  I am very disappointed.  There mistakes have caused my family and I time and frustration.  Terrible business.

This place is wonderful. Jaun is so helpful and the manage ment team has changed. Anyone who have given up on this location should give it a second chance seems to me as the new manager justin has made some positive changes here

I had a simple tire change over and had to bring my care back x2 because tire pressure monitor were not set and was told that they would reset self after 25 miles( Wrong) The gentlemen that did try to reset really messed things up and I had to go to dealer to reset entire system. Also my daughter had brake job and part was not replace and this could of been a hazard. I don't know what is happening at this store but it use to be the best. Done with this store

I went in for an inspection on a car i had just recently purchased. I had just used my wind shield wipers days prior with no problem. Was told i couldnt pass inspection due to the rubber on the wipers being so bad that they were hanging off. (It was so noticeable i would have previously realized them looking tht bad ). But because i didnt check them before i came, i honestly wasnt 100% sure they werent bad, But i knew they werent that bad if at all. I had been there for over an hour and wanted to go, so I just paid for new ones feeling as if i had just been hustled. I should have asked for the old ones back and had someone look at them. I gave them 2 stars because their old staff was 
better when i was driving a bucket. I should have taken a man with me.
