Store is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the produce section in particular always looks beautiful! I have to give a special shout out to the deli guys, I'm always happy to do business with them!

Bad area in Syracuse? You've obviously never seen a bad area. Syracuse feels safe to me, try walking in South Gate (L.A.) at night.

While I was impressed with a lot of the food offered (I'm Vegan), the employees could be a lot better. I scanned a box of cereal, and the system calls for assistance; why? I wait while 2 employees were 3 feet from me yakking, a 3rd employee appears, and understood that there was a problem. She said, "scan, and bag the box." how novel, I guess I couldn't read. She kept trying to put the box in a plastic bag, while I showed her that I have my own, re-usable, bags. She kept insisting on plastic, and I walked out--not worth my time.
