Dont expect them to know what your car's manufacturer requires for service. Took my 2011 mustang gt there and the oil light came on a month after their oil change. I checked the oil and it was almost empty. I know that sometimes they run a special but the fine print says up to a certain amount of quarts but i didnt go there on a special. I needed an oil change and they only put in 4 quarts....  just go to a dealer for service , at least they will more likely do what is required.

The price was great cheaper than the other companys who mount tires but the tire balance was way off. Brought it back to them they checked and said my vibration was due to 4 bent rims. Mind you I previously had 4 bad tires which  did  not vibrate. Just a lie to cover their poor service. My advice pay your money get it done right.

This place is unethical and uses dirty business practices to target uninformed female customers. My gf went in for a car inspection and they tried to tell her the car needed multiple repairs and WOULD NOT lower her car from the lift saying it's unsafe for her to drive it. I got there after work and they changed their tune, saying they only recommended the repairs. When I told them we're leaving they said they have to charge us for the inspection anyway. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

Overall I was happy with my Mavis in tarrytown. This location is unethical and upsells unnecessary service options that don't get completed. Told me I needed brake flush that was just completed at dealer and sold alignment, couldn't provide readout. When they finally came back with paper print out for another car, it was obvious an alignment was not needed and should not have charged $120!!! Corporate will not return request for explanation. Poor business practice.
