Salesperson Michael Newsham and the entire staff at the dealership are very professional. What I liked most was that there was no pressure. There is a cool, calm, collected feeling inside the showroom which I appreciated. Good deals can happen; make sure you come prepared and do your homework first. Our representative Frank was extremely patient with us. He was never pushy and once we were ready to commit he helped move the process along very quickly. This is our second car from DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and once again we are very happy!

Frank provided exactly what we needed in a truck shopping experience: absolutely no pressure and a commitment to earn our trust. He is a considerate, confident, and consummate professional. This dealership seems dedicated to providing a comfortable atmosphere and ensuring that shoppers have the information they need to make the right decision free from the usual distractions and gimmicks employed by far too many high-pressure car dealerships nowadays. I could not recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota highly enough, and most specifically, we want to thank Frank, Nick, Karl, and Tracy for the roles they each played in making this one of the easiest car shopping experiences we've ever had.

I had an excellent experience at DCH. I found a car I liked and drove up after work, making it to the dealership 10 minutes before they closed. Anthony was very helpful, taking me on an extended test drive even though it was nearly 8 pm. I liked the car, and I was able to take care of the paperwork, and because the private sale of my car fell through, DCH gave me a great price for my trade-in when they really didn't have to do so. I will definitely get my next car through them, and it is worth the trip. I live in Northern Westchester, and there are closer Toyota dealerships, but the service, accommodation, and helpfulness at DCH wasn't found at the other locations. Ask for Anthony, and he'll take good care of you.

Frank was so great to work with, he was personable and professional. He had no problem answering every question and going over every feature of the car I was interested in. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and never rushed me through my decisions.
