I am extremely satisfied with my recent truck purchase from Poughkeepsie Nissan and that is largely due to the service I recieved from one of the salesman, Mike Holsberg. From the moment we walked in, he was polite, knowledgeable, understanding, motivated but not pushy at all, which unfortunately,  is all to common in this business. Mike and Poughkeepsie Nissan made a deal with me that was fair and that I'm satisfied with. I even was able to negotiate some after market items (bed cover, floor mats) that I had to go back for those and they still treated me outstanding even post-purchase.  

This dealership is an hour and half away from my house but if I were to need a new Nissan I am confident I would make the trek up there just to do business with Mike and the team at Poughkeepsie Nissan.

I definitely recommend them.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. What an awesome place! I came here with my dad just to look and hopefully find the right car for me. I brought my dad because I knew nothing about dealerships and was nervous I might get the worst deal ever going by myself.  I was really interested in the Nissan Rogues, specifically a certified preowned one. I wasn't ready to buy a brand new car just yet. 

When we started browsing the lot just to see what they had for sale, Tom came up to us, very welcoming, not pushy, and so nice!! We told him exactly what we wanted, and he tried everything, and I mean everything, to find the right car for me! He was so patient with us, answered all of our 1,000,000 questions we had, and really went above and beyond. 

We left that first day because I didn't fall in love with anything he showed us, but before we did Tom told me there were more options coming in the next few days. He called me right away. (Which was nice he took us seriously and really wanted to help!)  I went to check it out, and I found the perfect one, everything I requested for mileage, price, some things it didn't have like leather seats but I wasn't picky about that! The scary part usually is always going through the financial stuff, but it went so smoothly. Another BIG shout out to Jimmy, who made signing all the paperwork so easy. He explained everything to me before l signed anything. And was so informative. (Side note: I had to come after work all the way from Stamford, CT - by the time I got there they were pretty much closing, so it was really nice he stayed and didn't rush me out of there.) What a cool guy! 

Thank you Tom and Jimmy (and the Poughkeepsie Nissan staff) for making this experience so awesome!

Would like to say its great, got a new car there, sure didnt hv the options they said.. My fault for not checking them all before i took the car... People seemed nice till you left, never received a review.. Good reason for it... Oh well live and learn.. Wont buy another...

Good selection. Our salesperson was not pushy... That was probably what led us to buy.

Went out of their way to fix a flat when I broke down on the road the dealership is on.  Had brakes and tires done.  Prices are very honest.  I verified their prices with a independent service  shop that I go to.  Just was going to Nissan for a recall and ended up having them do my brakes and tires.
