Well, judging after seeing the negative comments, I would have to disagree. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the saleswoman was very proffessional and polite. I had brought photos of a sofa I had seen at Ashley and she led us to, what looked like a giant IPad. They had the entire Ashley catalog there. It was amazing. 50% of what we purchased that day were for that device. The credit department was great as well. When we received the furniture, the dining table had some dings to them, i called their service department and by Friday I had a new table. I'm starting to think, the other comments were created to deter future customers. The service was great! The staff was great! Delivery and set up were great! Service dept were great as well. I definitely recommend this place. They make you feel like family. If you live popcorn, you'll love that store. God bless.

Worst customer serive after the sale.  Refused to honor or compromise on warrenty issues and wanted to give me a loaner matress.  Who would ever consider using a used matress.  I would go lower than one star if i could.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FURNITURE STORE. I have been a long time customer and when I almost came to the end of paying my furniture they did not want to help in exchanging my furniture nor did any employee try to care nor help me. I had purchased the warranty and they failed to provide the correct information. When I asked to speak to the manager or the owner for help I was told he didn't have time for me. It's not right to treat anyone as if they don't matter, although Max Fine Furniture has expanded they have forgotten to be humble and kind. There prices are outrageous and their customer service is disrespectful. They care for the sale but as soon as you sign you and the furniture are worth nothing to them. Max is not FINE!
