We purchased a washing machine here. They are sold as semi-new but some are old and abused. The first washer we got sounded like the transmission was shot. ( My husband is an excellent mechanic) we were able to exchange it for a different better working machine. PLEASE NOTE: THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. It says so on the back of the contract. Even though it was a pain lugging a machine from Harlingen to Weslaco a couple of times our sales person Carlos Servantez was very kind and helpful. In the end we got a decent machine for a decent price. I changed my review from four to five stars because the customer service is really good.
