Yes this company treats u like family if you are the Right(White) kind of family. Unless u agree with that mentality than u should find insurance elsewhere. They took me back to the 1800 with just trying to get an auto insurance quote.

I have used this company for 30 years - always get the lowest rate with them! I have never found insurance cheaper anywhere else! And the staff here is AWESOME!! Would recommend them to everyone - thanks for your service through the years - it has been & continues to be my pleasure! Bonnie

Cheap.. Never had an accident when I had this Ins. Do I can't rate the Service. I wouldn't recommend on Newr Cars. Go with American Family or State Farm Better Ins. This ins. Is rinky dink..

Scam artist. They'll find any reason to decline your claim. Literally searching for reasons. I'll never use this company again in my life. My car was broken in to and then later totaled months down the road. Both times they were adamant it was avoidable. STAY AWAY if you value your family and life because from my experience they don't protect either.
