He don’t even deserve the one star I gave him but I had to pick one. I have been coming to Mack for over 17 years and it was always great service. But for the last couple of years he has gotten very unprofessional and lazy. He acts like he doesn’t want to deal with people. He needs to hire more help that can quote and start policies because he overwhelmed doing it by himself. He needs to do better and get his customer service back on point

I've been a customer for 2 years. Once I'm done paying on my current policy in November, I am running for the hills. By far the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They hardly honor the times on the their door, and when you call they will place you on hold forever until you just decide to hang up. I've tried to add another vehicle on my policy TWICE! Yesterday I was left on hold for nearly 25 minutes. The time before they were suppose to call me back about a quote but never did. They lost a customer for good after that.

Very rude and nasty. Removed uninsured motorist and would not put back on policy.

I called to receive a new insurance quote. When I asked the person  was talking to what company do they write for she told me she needed to get some information first. Now that she was given the information I asked the same question again and she stated she need to call me back and she'll let me know then. I didn't understand what the secret was nor why she couldn't disclose this to me. I'm no longer interested in becoming a client.
