I've been a loyal customer of this agency for over 20 years. Today I called looking for help, and the person (Ashley) who answered the phone sounded like a sleepy teenager; very unprofessional phone manners, and she seemed to not understand my request. I asked to speak to an experienced agent, and she told me that she has over ten years of experience and I am very rude. At first, I thought I'd misheard... so I asked her to clarify, and she confirmed that she said I was rude, and ended up raising her voice to me. I was shocked. I began telling her that her unprofessionalism is what made me think she was a receptionist (not an agent), which caused her to yell more. I began yelling back, but realized... There are quite a few other companies out there who would love my business and not treat me like this. So I hung up, and I'm currently looking for new coverage for my home and auto.

Very friendly, courteous State Farm agency. Danny and his team have helped us through several moves and vehicle changes, and have always been very easy to work with.

After 15 years of service, StateFarm decided to not renew the insurance on my primary vehicle- and neglected to inform me of their decision.  I only learned of this while requesting a change to my policy- a week after the policy was cancelled.
