Sean and Tonya are great! Sean came out to my mother’s property to take a look at some potential mold. He is super friendly and to my surprise did not find mold. (Usually think with companies like this they will find something.) Nope! Maximum Restoration are honest, good people. Another time I had him at a property I had for sale and he did in fact find some extensive amount of mold. I informed him about the situation and he said it would be best for the sellers to go the other route! Being a Realtor, I am excited to have them as my go to restoration company!

My parent’s entire living room was flooded with four inches of water. It was later in the evening, and had no clue how we were going to get the mess cleaned up. I lucked out and found Maximum. I was concerned to touch anything, didn’t know how the insurance process worked. They not only had people out immediately, they helped move stuff out, cleaned up the water, dehumidified, and they walked us every step of the way through the insurance process to make sure everything was covered that should be. Without them, the needed repairs would have probably been denied, and we would have been shorted on funds. If you have any sort of water or damage emergency, don’t hesitate to call these guys. They do great work, easy to communicate with, dependable, thorough taking of pictures every step of the way to document and prompt. Even though our parent’s insurance company was difficult to deal with, Maximum made the process work very smoothly. Excellent company!!!

My family experienced a fire yesterday afternoon. While I was on the phone with my insurance company a woman, whom I did not know nor did I invite was in my driveway stating she was from Maximum Restoration and had heard about our fire on the police blotter. She then began asking questions about our fire that had just occurred 20 minutes prior to her arrival. She even asked to come into my home to assess the damages while she was there. I found her behavior to not only be intrusive at a time when my family was trying to digest a serious loss of property but extremely disrespectful. Later that evening I received a LinkedIn request from this same individual. VERY OFFPUTTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Not only did I not solicit the services of this company I certainly was not looking for nor expecting her to look me up on social media and attempt to connect when we would otherwise not be linked. This was then followed by a long text message from this representative apologizing for this meeting (after I informed her that I did not appreciate her approach) stating that she “promises me that she is the kind of person I would like”. This company could do the best work and provide the greatest services in the world, but their practice of preying and inappropriately bombarding people in their most stressful time is extremely unprofessional. Train your staff to not stalk what you want to be potential clients on social media and “friend” them! I will share my experience with Maximum Restoration with anyone faced with the same unfortunate circumstance as my family was today.
