My experiences with W.E. Bilbrey General Contractor has been very positive the few times I needed their assistance with projects. 2016 I needed concrete work to be performed for breaking up the old concrete, removing the 5” PVC piping and then laying new concrete due to water problems around the house.  When I contacted Mr. Bilbrey and explained my situation he said he will get someone out to take a look at the situation.  Within 1 week a representative came out, evaluated the situation and provided me with a cost.  The employee was very professional and explained everything that needed to be done from the beginning to the end of the project.

We are now looking to remodel our kitchen which will be a complete gut job including laying new flooring.  I have reached out again with Mr. Bilbrey for his assistance. He and I spoke about what my wife is looking to have done this Spring (2018).  Michelle from his company will be assigned to help us to understand what all will be performed and cost associated with this big project of ours.  I am confident when the weather break I will be able to schedule some time with Michelle.

On a personal note…...Mr. Bilbrey has always come across as a very honest and honorable person.  I have met a few of his employees and that entire organization represent themselves very professionally.  I have a very high level of confidence that if there were any issues that he will personally ensure satisfaction.

To Whom It May Concern;
I have recently remodeled my kitchen.  I had ordered the supplies and installed through a local home improvement center and worked with multiple contractors.
Without a doubt, I would highly recommend W.E. Bilbrey General Contractor.
Of all the people we worked with, this crew was the most professional.  They arrived in a timely manner, the projects were complete to our satisfaction and Mr. Bilbrey followed up to ensure that we were pleased with the outcome.
The jobs performed by his crew included cabinet installation, plumbing, electrical work and flooring installation.  Each job was completed with excellent results.
Their carpentry skills were impressive.  They ensured that the plumbing and electrical work was done to code and functioning properly.  The flooring is beautiful.
I can honestly say that I will call W.E. Bilbrey for any future remodeling projects. 
They are the best!

Dear Bill,

I just wanted to send you a little note to tell you and your wonderful employees how happy I am with the bathroom remodel.  Everyone did an amazing job.  I was kept informed and my wishes were always respected.  Considering the busy time of year, I think everything went smoothly and the bathroom looks fantastic.  I certainly look forward to working with you again in the near future.  Thank you for making the remodel easy on my house, family and dog!

This review is for my mother in law as she is not keen with the internet.
I am basing this review on the fact these people seem to judge the customers and not listen to what is wanted. We wanted the bathroom, back porch, hallway, and laundry room reconfigured/ remodeled, with us doing the demo as much as we can and helping with anything else. However, the young lady only focused on only the bathroom and acted like we could only afford the bathroom. We understand we have to get a loan to do all the work and that is not a problem, but we have to start somewhere in this house and that was what we decided. We was planning on doing the kitchen next come the spring. Also, it took 2 weeks just to get an estimate, sadly we ended up with a letter that basically stated they didn't have time for us. I suppose a simple phone call would take too much time. So much for that recommendation from our friends.

This letter is an acknowledgment of the fine job you and your staff did on construction of my garage.  From planning, through demolition of the existing structure, to completion of the new building.  I found you and your entire organization to be prompt, courteous and professional.
You and your staff are extremely easy to work with and your attention to detail ensures an excellent product.  Your insight into the construction process, coupled with the expertise and enthusiasm of your crew, made the entire project a hassle-free experience and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
It was a real pleasure working with you and the rest of the W E Bilbrey staff and I wouldn’t hesitate to call on you again in the future.  In addition, I would highly recommend you and your organization to anyone contemplating construction or renovation.  You set the standard!
