Very quick to respond after our hail damage. Also helped us after lightning struck our house. Very accessible via phone, email, text, at all times during repair process. Easily aligned repair work with insurance company's guidelines, billing procedure, and claim process. This is a local family company. You can have a conversation with them if you have questions or concerns during repair process. Makes a difference, during a stressful time, to deal with Christian people who are part of the community. Helped us communicate effectively with the insurance company.

This company is building a house in my neighborhood. The ass hole that drives a red truck and plays pokemon  while driving always runs the stop sighn on my block. I said something to the guy. It was obviously above his IQ range. I got the typical hillbilly response. My point is if they act this way in public imagine what they do in private as they're building your house.  I personally would not want a backwoods hillbilly constructed house.

Dishonest. Poor communication. Threw away all my baseboards (which we needed). Threatened me when I refused to sign the insurance company checks (which the insurance company later canceled because they were billing for work which was never completed). 
Thankfully my insurance company went above and beyond to pay for the damages and make things right. (USAA)
