He worked fast but 10 yrs after the build. Everything falls apart. He cut alot of corners and left us a piss poor house.  I don't recommend his sloppy work.

Renters and visitors beware!  My name is Paul Smith and I had a horrible experience at one of Rick Benson's apartment complexes on Crane Dr. in Joplin, MO. Recently I was helping my mom during and after her extensive foot surgery. Over the course of three days my car was towed and the property manager, Deadra, (who was unconcerned) gave me the run around and forced me to pay $45 to get my car from Chuck's Towing before he charged me storage fees. Not to mention this made me miss work that day.  My car was not obstructing the way and there were no warning signs.  I just dont want this to happen to someone else.
