We had hired them to mow our lawn every 2 weeks and they didn't show up after mowing the first time, so after 3 weeks I called. The lady who answered the phone apologized and said for some reason they didn't have us on the schedule, but assured us she added us to the schedule while we were on the phone. They came out a week later to mow, after 2 weeks, the same thing happened,  called back and got the same story. At start of service we had also asked for a quote for a retaining wall, was told it would be within a week. We never heard from them and they have never come back to mow our lawn. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

I had called several times to have a quote done for leveling my yard and laying sand to install an above ground pool. They didn't show up the first time, neither did they call to say they wouldnt be there. I called again and spoke to someone that said they would do the quote themselves. Again they didn't show up or call to say they wouldn't be there. I left it at that and found someone else. Not sure I want to know what kind of work they do if they can't even give me a quote.

We had them on a bi-weekly schedule to mow our lawn. They constantly had new people mowing the lawn, they did the work half way every time, they came out to mow whenever they felt like it...they wouldn't even move our trash can by the street to mow under it...absolute laziness. The final straw was they mowed half of our yard-literally half. I called the manager and he said he would try to get a team out to finish. It's been 2 weeks and no one has ever showed up. Good luck getting the manager to answer in the first place, honestly. You're always talking to a machine. Horrible customer service and lazy over all.

I had a retaining wall custom built in my backyard from R & D that turned out phenomenal. I was afraid of having one installed that didn't have a natural feel to it. They implemented features that formed a natural looking rock wall that also helped restrain my soil. They gave me creative ideas for making my wall look even better, such as plant and flower recommendations. Overall, I would use them again for this project, as it turned out beautifully.

Here at R&D we strive to make sure every customer has a great experience.  I push for over the top care for each and every one.  We provide Landscaping for the 4 state and have for over 26 years.  I will be passing on our company to my son, to pass on our tradition of excellence
