i loved this place so much!!! the caramel cream dessert is so good and the workers there are so sweet. because i speak french they were really nice to me and would talk to me/help me out with anything i needed with my food/what i was ordering. i left the hotel a couple of days ago and miss this place already:!
Hotel breakfast buffet @ €25 inside Hyatt Great selection, good service from all staff, also speaks English. A good variety of fruits, juices and pastries and omelette on demand. Not too many cooked savory food selection but still satisfying.
We stay at the hotel for four nights and had three breakfast in this restaurant! The food are very good and with lots nice selection! Very nice coffee station too! But the service needs lots improvement, and no salt and pepper on our table and all table around us, I grab a set from few tables away and no salt in it also! The restaurant in 5 stars hotel are missing all small details! Very sad!
Great healthy restaurants with great portion. I have to take away because we couldn’t finish al dishes. Macaroni and rib eye are very well made, broccoli is surprisingly tasty. service is quick. Very convenient if you are in a rush.
When ordering a mojito, a tiny glass full of ice came. Two sips and it was over. Dishonest with the customer and an insult to the correct Drink recipe. When making the complaint I was treated with irony with the well-known affirmative: Je suis desolée.
Really disappointed at the lack of gluten-free options for a restaurant associated with such a big hotel chain. While everyone else was enjoying mounds of gluten pastries and breads and brioche, they had one little gluten-free brick of bread.
I had a set business dinner here which was solid, with good wines provided. Good service too.
The food is good here although with a limited choice for lunch if there is no buffet. However, the service is woefully slow. 5 mins waiting to be seated even though plenty of tables are empty, 10 mins waiting for menus, another 10 mins until the order is taken and 10 again for the food to arrive. There are plenty of staff it's just crazy slow.
The breakfast was superb. Fresh omelettes made to order and pastries and breads so fresh. Ooo Lala! Everything was delicious and the service was second to none. They make you feel welcome no matter where you are from.
After waiting 45 min for a service, I received what should be Cesar's salad, but it was only a few leaves of lettuce, crumbed chicken schnitzel ? and un-eatable croutons. A waiter was extremely rude.
