Awesome food. I tried the salmon and the chicken and they were both great. Also the yogurt is very good. I wish they added the list of ingredients and the nutrition information to every meal to have a better idea of what we are eating.
Great healthy meal! It reminded me of a TV dinner but tasted way better! It’s good if you need something quick you can heat up really fast
I came here b/c a co-worker chose that day's lunch spot - saddest salad I've eaten in awhile. Jaysus...it was so bland. The dressing was like a grown man's tears that turned sour after sitting for so long. You would think that there's salt but nope! All I know is I'm never coming here again because it wouldn't be a proper lunch if I did!
Would seriously love to see more vegan options. It’s 2022 and California. It’s time for Proper Foods to provide many more meals that don’t kill animals nor cause harm to the environment. Not to mention, meat and animal products cause cancer, so it would be nice to have meals that are more health promoting as opposed to cancer causing.
The food is always high quality, fresh and delicious. And the staff on 1st and Mission is terrific!
Coconut prawn and kale salad is soooo good and filling. Obsessed with the farro and the dressing.
Friendly staff at this location. I recommend getting there first thing in the morning, because the selection vanishes quickly around lunch.Food: 4/5
Usually buy 2 entrees at a time, which last 3-4 meals for me. Staff at all stores are incredibly courteous.
Great place to grab quick healthy eats at a reasonable price. Good veggie and vegan options !
My boyfriend told me that he wanted an "old man cocktail and old school food" for dinner, so we went to North Beach Restaurant. I had heard good things about this place for years, but had never eaten here before. This place is definitely old school, the kind of place where the waitstaff has been there for decades my father worked as a professional waiter when I was a kid, so places like this are really special to me.
