I just found this LavaJet Laundromat today. I live close by and never knew about it until now. Thanks Google! 
It’s like the “cheers” version of a laundromat. We all watched the Superbowl together on a huge tv they have mounted in the waiting area! Never seen a laundromat in this area that even compares! The young man working there at the time even brought my clothes in from the car! This place was so clean and new it was like something you see in the movies! I wish I had found it years ago.

love this laundromat went here as a kid and glad it's still here (they have updated machines though which is awesome )took my three kids with me and the gentleman that was working put on Netflix for my kids to keep them preoccupied really appreciated all the help he gave me I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone

Had the worst experience here ever!  Unfortunately I have to use the laundromat while I’ve been looking for a house. I started going to this place, unfortunately after the one I used to go to sold their business.  
I went last night (Jan 28, 2018) to do laundry at this laundromat on Irvington and when I was drying my sheets I told the guy that was there that the dryer wasn’t working/drying .  I told him that 10 minutes had past and the dryer was not hot.  I put $1.25, which equals to 30 minutes of drying.  He told me that he couldn’t do anything yet, that if the sheets weren’t dry by the time it was done he could help me.  The dryer finished and my sheets weren’t  dry.  I told him, expecting him to refund me the money so I can put them in a different dryer but he stated that he couldn't do anything about it.  I asked for the money and he told me he wouldn’t give it to me.  I asked to speak with the manager, which he said he was. Then I said to let me have the owners name and number and he wouldn’t give me that information- he blatantly stated he would not give me his info.  He (the “manager”) then started arguing saying that he didn’t care if I’d ever go and do laundry there, that he didn’t care if he lost a customer.  He then called the owner and said that he wouldn't give me the refund and that the owner would back him up and the owner would also not care to lose a customer like me .  He wouldn’t give me the owner’s name, he finally did but said it didn’t matter because the owner would tell me the same.  He said the owners name was Brandon.  He then started arguing  saying that I had put a lot of sheets in the dryer . I reminded him that I had told him about it after 10 minutes and that the dryer wasn’t even hot- it was just a bit warm. He just kept on arguing with me stating I could leave and not come back.  
I was and still am baffled by his response and treatment. Hm, but perhaps I should give him the benefit of doubt? Perhaps this is his first job? Perhaps no one has ever taught him respect?  Obviously uneducated with poor customer service skills.  Again,  I was in complete awed by his response.  I’m sure he has done this before and has gotten away with it and that’s why he feels so comfortable being arrogant and rude. I honestly can only laugh because this 20 something year old kid must think he did something great for the owner, AND IF he really spoke to the owner and the owner backed him up for $1.25 , I feel sorry for them and their business.  I’m sure I’m not the only one nor will I be the only one they will treat this way. Why would I want to steal from them $1.25?    I spend about $15 to $20 weekly and they just lost that, just for $1.25.  Again, who’s loss was it, not mine. Obviously as they said they don’t care to lose a customer.  
Perhaps a business class or a common sense class would help them out, hard to say.

I love this place, I had no idea this place was here, I will never go to another Laundrymat as long as this one is open the girl with blue hair was the nicest person I've met, very helpful and caring, i felt so comfortable and welcomed, keep up the wonderful job, if I can give 10 stars, definitely deserve it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was the first time my mom and I had come to this laundromat, and we love it, it's so clean the lady that works there makes everyone feel comfortable, my mom and her had a conversation about dying her hair, she said she'll dye it purple so we can't wait to go back and see if she did 😀
