Worst dry cleaner ever.  There is a homeless guy living behind the store. He also cleans the store at night and steals clothes that he 'needs'. If your stuff comes up missing you now know where to find it. Horrible cleaning method leaves your clothes dirty. Don't waste your money. Go to Sparkle cleaners across the street instead. Bake, the owners name, is abusive to his employees.

I needed my tux shirt and shoulder board rank for my AF mess dress cleaned in less than 48 hours to make a flight. Since the rank was an odd item to have cleaned, when I dropped it off they had to call their warehouse to see if it could be done and determined they'd try spot cleaning them, but wouldn't make any promises especially with the short notice time requirement. I was just glad they were willing to try. When I got them back, they looked like new. Through the entire process their customer service was great, especially the phone communication with Taylor at the Broadway location. She ended up calling me 2 hours before they were supposed to be done to let me know. Hands down the best experience I've had with any dry cleaner ever... Highly recommend.

Dropped off a Futon cover in May of 2014. Was told it would need to be sent out for better cleaning. Followed up and was not given information about when it would be ready. I asked for an estimate on the cost which was also never received.

I forgot about it for a while, figured it was gone forever, and replaced it.

I got a call in May of 2015. There was new management in place that found my item. They were "nice enough" to hold it for me for a year... and never notify me. 

I explained I already replaced the item. I'd come pick it up, but there's no way I was paying full price. Management said they'd check with the General Manager... and then never called me back.

I contacted them again. They offered a $10 discount if I go pick it up. They also blamed me repeatedly for not following up with them.  The cost to replace the item was less than the cost of cleaning it.

The lovely lady with the afternoon shift gave some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! After only a few visits she recognized my vehicle, and would be bringing my order out as I pulled into the drive-thru. She always remembered that my husband's uniforms needed extra starch and she gave quick and efficient service. She asked about the family and how my day was going, and she remembered everything on the next visit! My extended stay in Tucson is over, but I'll miss the bright spot this cheerful and kind woman made in my day! :) --Rachel Miller
