Update: Just found out from one of my coworkers that a "manager" had called to apologize for the condition of the potatoes, but offered nothing except a "Hope this doesn't keep you from ordering from us again." Fail on the potatoes and fail in regards to the lame customer service. You may want to rethink ordering a potato bar for your future events. 

😝My company had ordered a baked potato bar for a recent meeting. We have all had potatoes at the deli on our lunch hour, so everyone agreed this was a good call for our meeting.
Not so much, it was a D- at best. 
When the potatoes were hot, they were decent. But as soon as they cooled off and we came back for seconds, the true mishandling of the potatoes became evident.
They were for the most part, burned, def overcooked and unsalvageble. Instead of one big potato, we received two medium potatoes, stuck together, just with the ends cut off. (See pics)
The other pics tell their story. We will NOT be ordering from there for any of our future events. Complete waste of money.😝

It was food. Nothing terrible nothing great. Food was kinda warm. I like that they serve potatoes now just wish they didnt skimp on the toppings. Glad they got rid of the ketchup water, i mean tomatoes soup.

This is the best McAlisters in the mid Mo area. Quality, quantity and service never disappoints.

We love this place for a healthier alternative quick stop with the kids.  Unfortunately tonight's experience was lacking the cleanliness we're accustomed to.  The tables in the restaurant were dirty. We walked through the dining hall and checked 15 different tables before we found a clean one.  The tables were not bused during our visit.  
We love the food but the service was a let down. Two stars this time
