I would have to say that the staff almost always friendly. Perhaps the house keeping could be improved; often the drink station is a disaster, the condiments stations is out of napkins, and the area behind the counter looks like it could use a good cleaning. My last visit I ordered Supreme Tacos, paid for Supreme Tacos, however; received regular tacos. Not a huge deal, I just got my few cents per taco back once I brought it to the attention of the staff attending the register. A couple things that would improve my rating: find a way to keep from breaking the bottom out of almost every crunchy taco I order, and if I order more than three tacos it seems like the quality of the individual taco is drastically reduced. Less meat, less cheese, less lettuce, and a guarantee that the bottom will be cracked to the point all the insides of the taco will fall into the wrapper.

While most of the drive through crew is always polite, there are a handful who honestly sound like they'd rather be doing anything else. Secret folks: you work in the service industry. Service is what you provide. If you struggle with that, it may not be the career field for you. Additionally, orders have often been wrong and assembled poorly. I know, soggy meat+chip shell = terrible, falling apart taco and I'm asking a lot of fast food but the thing shouldn't be so saturated that all the contents fall out up on first bite. Save yourselves some frustration. Drive the 25 minutes up the road to the Fulton taco bell. It's worth the drive.

The food isn't that good. They have debt and don't pay fair wages. The baja sauce was their best menu item and they don't carry it anymore.

Even though the drive thur was full we still made it through in under 8 min. I would say thats a success.

Normally there is nothing better when we come to Jefferson City from Rural California, Mo., Than a stop at Taco Bell, and yesterday I was especially excited because I haven't been in several months. My Mother in law wanted taco pizza so I got one too. I got her a shredded chicken wrap and I a beef chalupa. They ask for a name instead of giving you a numbered ticket. I was just standing there and this angry looking guy SHOUTS "DOT!" I JUMP 3 FEET INTO THE AIR AND HE LOOKS AT ME LIKE I AM OUT OF MY HEAD. I SAID, "YOU SCARED ME! PLUS IM MISSING A CHALUPA!" ONCE WE ATE ABOUT HALF OF THE MEXICAN PIZZA, I REALIZED MINE SEEMED RANCID! MOMS WAS TOO. I think we'll stick to Steak and Shake next time!
