Mason-McBride & specifically Karly Smith, were recommended to me by another very satisfied customer, when we got into a discussion about insurance rates! She passed along the companies info and I followed up with Karly for a more competitive quote on my auto insurance policy and was beyond pleased with her professional and timely responses!  Also the quote she was able to obtain for me was significantly better than what my curent broker was offering as a re-up on my existing policy!  10/10 would recommend!

I worked with Karly S. to get renter’s insurance coverage and she went above and beyond my expectations. She never got defeated by the stupidity of others, nor  by the run-around repetition that she had to endure on our behalf.  Our situation was a nightmare and she became the daylight that dissolved the horrible bad dream.  I'm married but I would marry her in a heartbeat--what a team player she was for us.!!! Working with Mason McBride to properly insure our Food Truck was a fantastic experience. Jamie and Bill's professionalism, industry knowledge enabled us to see the different types of coverages we were eligible for, and made sure that we didn't leave any loose ends. Most importantly they made sure we didn't OVER/UNDER-insure ourselves. Jamie and Bill made everything approachable, realistic and easy to understand. They helped us navigate the oddities of having a Food Truck and found us a carrier that specialized in what we do. We started up our company a year ago and had little experience with business insurance. The agency we ultimately used was always rushed, and we kept wondering why no major underwriters wanted to touch us as a startup company. Our challenges came to a head after we landed major contracts and had to secure substantial minimum coverages up to $5 million. So, we reluctantly cast a wider net and were put in touch with Mason-McBride.  Immediately Mason-McBride identified major mistakes our previous broker had been making and crafted a new approach.  They just wouldn’t quit on our company and delivered on their promise to get us the best coverages, with major underwriters. Since then, we moved all our other insurance to Mason-McBride. They’re our go-to advisor on insurance and employee benefits, as they always have our best interests at heart. They provided a wealth of insights that undid the mistakes and incorrect guidance we’d received previously. Mason-McBride’s team is simply outstanding at what they do, and our company couldn’t be more pleased to have them beside us on our journey.

I've been dealing with this insurance company for a few years and I have never had a bad experience.  When I get my yearly renewal,  they are on the ball calling me if it has increased.
