The agents I spoke to on the phone were not entirely professional or detailed in what was covered or what certain forms meant. Changes were made to my policy that I was never informed of. The changes all made sense, but I think I should have heard about them first.  It took them almost a month to address my concerns. By that time I had already switched insurance providers.

Finding this firm paid off big time. Russ and his team were very thorough in determining what coverage was and was not needed for an investment property. He showed us how would could improve overall coverage, plug some holes the current coverage missed, and shed costly items which were of no real benefit. Better coverage. Less Money. Outstanding service before, during, and after the purchase. Could not more highly recommend Oklahoma Insurance Group.
