I have never had to wait more than 15 min. Everyone has always been courteous and I’m aware that everyone has a bad day now and then and that’s no big deal. I have had both knees and one shoulder and a broken foot, all done by Dr. German Also my grandson had an ankle and leg repaired by Dr. German. I have had the other shoulder done by Dr. Howard and my back by Dr. Lance Smith and sent a friend to Dr. Lance Smith and she thinks he hung the moon. I could go on and on about McBride and their Dr. ‘s and how wonderful they are. And their Hospital is just wonderful and the best food ever it’s not you average instational food it’s like cooking at home. I would always recommend the Doctors and the Hospital to everyone always I have heard too many horror stories about other places and doctors. Grade “A”place and Doctors.

Appt times are nonsense. Doctors look down from their pedestal. It's all about insurance money. Oil companys own the hospital and the insurance company. So the high rates are paid to themselves. We are sheep. Pedal pills that do nothing then make another appt for you. .

From the front desk welcome to the medical staff in X-ray, labs, PA Allie, casting and Dr Kamelocher . They were kind, patient and explained procedures and asked for questions. Highly recommend.

Very rude staff; appointment clerks (especially). I have been going here over 20 years because of the physicians. However, i discovered there are better facilities and physicians that really care about their patients.

The hospital and medical staff are very professional. They operate like clockwork. Dr. Espinoza had me on my feet in six months with a knee procedure that allows me to be active without constraints. I am glad I went there. What is most amazing is the Dr. wanted to see my progress after I was completely released and back to work, which made me feel he cared. As for the business office, I abide by the saying "if you can't say anything good, don't say anything at all!"
