It seems as if their main priority is money. The therapist was good but she kept trying to pressure me into coming to therapy more days. When I received my bill, I am being charged $500 - $600 for each session which only lasted roughly 45 minutes each. I was told that it is because they are part of Baptist Hospital and it is being billed as a hospital visit because pt is a department in the hospital. After my private insurance pays I am still responsible for $300 - $400 for each session!! If I had known I would NEVER have gone to this place. Word to the wise, if you go to physical therapy, make sure it's not affiliated with Baptist Hospital or you may be charged these ridiculous (hospital) prices.

This place totally sucks. Southwest Integres and home health care say my wife needs inpatient rehab but the rehab doctor at this place refuses to let her in says she will just have to stay at home with home health care till she passes away. If I could give minus 5 stars I would .

FIVE STAR REHAB. FACILITY. Joe Bitsko my Physical Therapist took me from being unable to stand on my own two feet, to being able to walk in two weeks. Joe is a remarkable man, I will never be able to repay him for what he did for me. Bobbi my OT helped me go from being unable to care for my daily needs to being able to be self sufficient and independent. She is truly a gifted occupational therapist. Thanks to everyone from the nurses to the administration at Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation Hospital, you guys are the best.

If I could give them zero stars I would. What is the point of having a specialized stroke recovery program if you wont accept a stroke patient because he hasn't recovered his mobility only 21 days after his stroke? Am I wrong in thinking that it is YOUR job to help stroke survivors with their mobility?!
