This review is for the North Riverside location. Really good people here. No double talk and teaser prices advertised. It took longer for them to prep my new vehicle than it did for me to actually buy it. Highly recommend.

I just bought my second vehicle from them, and while I never dreamed I would say buying a car was a pleasant experience, McCarthy Ford made it just that. Including the test drive, we were at the dealership a TOTAL of two hours! Bill was a great salesperson, and as with my last experience at McCarthy, there were no "high pressure" tactics used. He got us exactly what we wanted, and didn't try to up-sell us on a bunch of garbage we weren't interested in. What a concept: give the customers what they want. Keep it up, guys. I'll definitely be back when we need another Ford!

5 star experience! Sales person extemely knowledgeable and friendly. Financing easy with Mr. Lefevours approval. Drove home in a new Ford that day. My husband is so happy!

The staff here treat their loyal customers like dirt. I got a good deal with the first car I bought here but the second car was a lemon and they refused to acknowledge it. They dodge questions about problems with my car. They don't respect my time. There's two or three staff members that are decent people, the rest of them treat you like an idiot if you dare ask questions. Joe Wolf missed an appointment with me and never acknowledged it. The general manager tried to get more money out of me when they sold me a lemon. One of the staff who answers the phones was extremely rude when I was having problems with my car. Poor customer service 90% of the time.

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for an oil change. The appointment was for 10:30am. I called the day before to confirm it. Craig Lantz, the service advisor said No problem. I was here at 10:20am. They didn't bring my truck in for over an hour. They brought 4 others in that came in after mine. When I questioned Craig, he said they had appointments as well. This was the worst service I have ever had from a ford dealer. HAWK ford told me my brakes were getting bad. When I asked them here at Mc Carthy Ford they said they were ok. I will go back to a dealer that I can trust..... HAWK FORD IN OAK LAWN
