They have lots of stuff for pets. My cat was sneezing and congested, did not want 2 pay over $ 200 @ vet so I searched online and purchased Home Pet The Natural Choice Feline Nose Relief for about $16. It worked!! The girl who works there ( Amy) was so nice, helpful and very knowledgeable of products sold there. She said I could return product if if it didn't work. Great place to go for all your pet needs.

I've bought Dumbo pet rats at this store b4, I came back in hope to get another one. The person who's in charge immediately tried to shoo me away under the pretext that the rats they have are for feeders only when nothing could be further from the truth. When I convinced her it was untrue, then she took me to the enclosure where they have them, pulled a black tiny one from the tail and told me "here", as if I was supposed to throw that poor little tiny one in my mouth, burp and feel satisfied or something. She doesn't even know the types of breeds they have. Last time I had to show her what dumbos look like. I told her I have a black one already and would like one of a different color, she, this time, handed me a female knowing I don't want to breed them. She was an ignorant very rude mule to say the least. She was a totally inconsiderate of my individuality and her customer service skills rated around 1 to minus 3. I was going to get a bag of seed mix and another of pellets along with the little boy, but because of her stupidity, I walked out of that store empty handed. Thanks to her ignorance and laziness, she cost money to her boss and caused me to waste a trip on nothing.

I bought my new puppy from here and their service is amazing! All about the customer and the owner is so nice, the employees are very helpful and friendly. I will definitely bring my puppy to get groomed here.

*update Prices are a bit high, but they sell great quality stuff. Unfortunately they don't price match, as I've found stuff on chewy for a lot cheaper. My main concern here, are the dogs they have for sale. Are they from mills? Breeders? Their labels include where the state/country they come from, but that's as specific as they get. They sell puppies like shibu inas, huskies, toy poodles, shitzu. Recently, they've also been selling very young puppies labelled as rescues for $300. The dogs that I own are rescues from a shelter and the fee was $180 and it included neuter, chip, and all vaccines. Their rescue dogs include none of the above. I've asked. All in all, their products are great. They just need to be incredibly open about where their dogs are coming from, given the horrible reputation puppy mills have with stores selling over priced dogs.

I paid for a dog i didn't get, they advertised a teacup very very small full breed Teacup Yorkshire Terrier n the puppy is 5 months now almost 8lbs Yorkie Terrier/Poodle n i was told it wouldn't get any bigger then 4 pounds as a full adult. Love this dog but was sad to know what i paid for wasnt what i got. Lesson learned don't believe what they are advertising.
