Based on my first experience here and the reviews I'd summarize it as hit-or-miss service and "just ok" food that is slightly overpriced. I got lunch mid-week, shortly after they opened. I was seated quickly, choosing the bar. It was very slow and took a few minutes for the bartender to take my order, but this is expected shortly after opening and when service is slow (servers are doing other jobs in the back, when they're needed out front less, they're out front less). She was pleasant, not very charming or personable. I ordered the Atlantic salmon with roasted vegetables. It costs $21 for a medium size piece. It was buttery and cooked well in the edges but slightly cooler, pink and underdone in the center (which some people prefer). Overall it still tasted OK but I've had much better for the same price at Red Lobster and other seafood restaurants coast to coast. The roasted vegetables were adequate, though very heavy on the potatoes and onions and only a few peppers and tiny sliver of squash. I would take colleagues here for lunch or drinks (very nice looking wine list) but not my mother for dinner or anyone I was trying to treat extravagantly or impress. And if you're staying at the Loews next door, this place beats their food (which is not saying much).

Totally amazing ... happy hour 4 to 6.30 pm, wine is 6 bucks .. dishes are 6 to 9 bucks ... server David was amazing totally 5 star experience ..

Great food and ambient atmosphere. Fish and seafood, steak and drinks. Best happy hour anywhere.

I had the ability runs with sauteed spinach. Excellent as paired with a Sonoma Cutrer chardonnay. Strawberry cheesecake for dessert. All good. Very satisfying.
