McCoy’s flooring and cabinets is absolutely the worst place to do business or work for. I used to work for them for a few months. First of all McCoy is a very disrespectful man who doesn’t care about his workers or his customers. He has a lot pride in him. He made a statements to me saying that black people are fast runner because they are thieves, that can snatch bags and runaway. His sale manager believes that blacks are inferior because of sins of their fathers. I don’t want to mention the things they said to me. They made my life miserable so that I can leave voluntarily which I did eventually. I really wanted to help build the company with all my heart but realizing that they are not truthful and they are racists I had to leave. It was like they hired me to ridicule me or satisfy their inner hatred for blacks. I was monitored like a lab rat and everything I did was bad. Even when I tried to find out what I was doing wrong it was a crime. He never offered health insurance or benefits. Talk of the lowest price in the nation of course they are the lowest price for extremely cheap quality cabinets from China. They break so easily. Please do your research before you buy from them.

This Company is a scam and a liars. Do not believe their saying about being the lowest price in the nation. First of all their cabinets quality are cheap China quality. Shipping and assembling cost is crazy. Is better to buy from a different store than to buy from McCoys flooring and cabinets in Lehi unless you want a Cabinets that will break easily.

We went to McCoy's after a recommendation from a neighbor who is a retired cabinet installer. Our original plan was to pick higher-end cabinets through Home Depot, but he assured us McCoy's was better quality and lower priced. We should've gone with Home Depot and paid more. We selected McCoy's white shaker cabinets, which when arrived, were not white, they are cream. And 1 of the base cabinets and an upper cabinet are  peach. They don't even match the rest. The worst part is that EVERY cabinet has separation on the door around the trim. Separation cracks on EVERY single door. So when I call McCoy's about these 2 problems, their answer? "Get some caulk and fix it yourself." Get some caulk? How about make a decent product and fix your mistakes? They're so nice when you walk in as a buyer, but once they have your money, it's a total different story. Our neighbor who 's worked with McCoy's for years placed our order for us, and when I called McCoy's a 3rd time about these issues, one of the sales reps actually told me "I'm not going to fix the problem that we didn't make the revenue on. We don't work for you." What kind of total crap service is this. I wish I would've gone somewhere else. No please excuse me while I go buy some caulk.
