Unfortunately, negative stars are not allowed. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THESE PEOPLE SAY! They have a great social media marketing campaign but an absolutely awful product. I purchased one of their mattresses less than two years ago and it has completely failed. The "memory" foam only remembers that it has completely turned to garbage. Their 20 year warranty is not worth the electrons used to display it. I have to return the mattress to them at my cost and then pay for the return cost as well. Best quote for shipping a mattress across the country is $400, one way! This company is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. Do not waste your money!

Not legit company. Only a call center whom never allows handoff to a real employee. If you need assistance not revolving around giving $$$, SOL. The free pillows I wouldn't let my dog sleep on..99.999% air. The 5 star ratings are obviously paid/fake. Try to find a way to return an item on their website...you can't, you have to call them- they never answer or call back. The moment you hit purchase you are SOL.

Rocky Mountain Mattress delivery process is broken – BEWARE. People say Rocky Mountain Mattress for an Airstream is a good product but their product delivery system seems only to work if the mattress is shipped to the billing address. If you’re on the move and want your mattress sent to any place other than your billing address – BEWARE. Even though the order from Rocky Mountain Mattress plainly said to deliver to a different address than our billing address between a two week window it was shipped to the billing address anyway. We received no notice of shipping or a tracking number when it was first shipped. Since we were not at the billing address it stayed on our porch until a neighbor took it in. Rocky Mountain Mattress did provide a shipping number finally but it took us several days to figure out that the shipping number provided was to pick up at our billing address in order to correct their mistake and send the mattress to the correct delivery address. However, it did not arrive in time at the delivery address and we had left. Then they just dropped us, would not communicate with us or right their shipping mistake. We found ourselves with a mattress at a rental house 700 miles from our billing address left to fend for ourselves. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. BEWARE.

I had a really good experience getting a new bed from Rocky Mountain Mattress. I thought their customer service was really good & I got the bed I wanted at a great price. Over all a really good experience!

We bought the Brighton 12" about 2 years ago and we've never looked back. We initially looked at some bigger names like Tempurpedic or Serta but their prices were too high for our budget. Luckily we haven't settled either! The mattress feels just like the big names we laid on in the stores and now two years later it still feels comfy. Oh, and our previous mattress gave us back pain every now and then... The Rocky Mountain mattress does not. We're happy happy happy!
