Benjamin is an excellent automotive technician! MacCracken provides exceptional service in a timely manner at an affordable cost. I’ve had my car serviced at McCracken for almost 2 years now and Ben has always done an outstanding job with repairs and maintenance. I recently moved nearby and brought my car in for a oil change / checkup. The staff was extremely helpful and communicated the progress of the work throughout the day. Unlike other mechanics I have been to,  I never felt pressured to have additional work done. At the end of the day, the overall assessment was thorough and helpful. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

I have been using McCraken Automotive West for about a 1 1/2 years after a recommendation from a friend and have been nothing but satisfied.  They are pleasant to deal with, reasonable and get repairs done in an extremely timely manner.  I am very confident in everything they do.  Will be using them for years to come.
