I used to really enjoy this insurance company. I would send several clients to them as well. Until my information got transferred to Cindy Scott is when I started to doubt the level of customer service and commitment to their (her) clients. I've never had a more rude, dis-concerned person handling my finances. I don't understand why people that are miserable in their jobs continue to do them. Customer service isn't something you can teach either, which is a shame. I'm thankful I changed companies and would never choose to go back there, solely because of her.

I use these guys for wokers comp, biz liability and some other stuff.  Great service and always helpful.   It's really nice dealing with a local company rather than a large impersonal corporation.  They have a real human being that answers their phones and she sits right in the front of the office!

Locally owned and opperated is the best. We insure our business through them and they are very helpfull in managing all the diffrent types of insurance we have to carry.
