Continuing the 5-star rating trend, we highly recommend Richard Sanchez and his staff for their incredible service. We have never had an insurance agent or his staff give us the attention or information that Richard and his staff have provided. Richard was very willing to spend his time explaining various options available to us for a variety of insurance policies. We were so impressed with Richard's service that we elected to place all of our home- and vehicle-related insurance policies in Richard's capable hands.

Always a great experience with this company. I was assigned to Richard Sanchez after my previous State Farm agent retired. Everybody in this office is professional and concerned with answering all of your questions. Richard himself is a great guy to talk to, very honest and tries to steer you toward the products you need without overselling it. He definitely knows the insurance business! Bonnie, Stacy, and everybody else I have dealt with in the office are just great to talk to and always helpful. If you are looking for an insurance agent, these guys are definitely the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with!

Been a very long-time customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love that Bonnie, too. She is a complete win-win-winner. Always savin' me bucks, and as extraordinarily competent and friendly as they come.

I am new to the car owning/apartment renting/insurance buying world and everyone has been so patient and helpful in explaining how it all works! I am always that difficult person because nothing in my life is permanent right now. I call frequently to as questions and change my policy and they always seem happy to help and take their time to make things absolutely perfect for my situation, saving as much money as possible. I find that I frequently work with Stacy and I absolutely love her! She asks about what is going on in my life while she waits for something to load on the computer. She is super friendly and very patient with my extreme indecisiveness, and helps me pick through my options. No one here trys to upsell or take money out of your poket. Instead they work with you and go above and beyond to make you happy. Putting a smile on your face after you are done and making your day just a little bit better, taking the stress of insurance away! I wouldn't want to go through anyone else! I don't know what I'm going to do when I'm done with college.
