If I could give them negative stars I would. This place was great to me for years then all of a sudden in the last 2 years they couldn't get anything right. They couldn't get my address right, they couldn't get my policy right. They never took me off of my mom's insurance and she was paying for me for years and didn't even know. They kept sending the wrong mail to the wrong people in my family. Then an accident happens and they kick me off but the claim they're kicking me off for isn't even my claim. It says my mom got her car towed in Feb. But it had it on my policy. No one had their car towed. They aren't even trying to figure it out for me. I called every day for a month and Steve always happens to be out. He hasn't called me back. It's been 3 months now and they kicked my mom off because of my accident. I'm not even on my moms policy. She called and once again Steve wasn't there. They say they'll call underwriting and try to figure it out then they never do. I'm furious. Do NOT go here.

I have had insurance through this agency for years. Everything was going ok up until recently when I got a new car. I added a car to my policy, and then a few days later removed the old car (the lease was up and I returned it to the dealer). I got a bill in the mail about 2 weeks later for almost $500. I called in to see what happened, and had them tell me that they didn't cancel the old car, and I needed to pay a month in advance for the new car. I got upset, told them to at least cancel the old car out, and that I'd be looking around for new insurance and I'd get back to them. That same day, I got insurance through American Family for HALF THE PRICE FOR BETTER COVERAGE. I called in the next week to cancel the second car and our renter's insurance policy. I found out that they were still trying to charge me for the two weeks' insurance where I had asked for it to be canceled and they dropped the ball. They said they'd fix it, and I didn't hear anything else for a bit. A few days after that I get a policy renewal and call in to see what's up. THEY NEVER CANCELLED THE SECOND CAR OR RENTER'S INSURANCE. I have now called both the agent and the corporate number SEVERAL times to no avail, and they have not managed to fix the problems they created. I would never, never, never use State Farm again...not just this agent, but generally. STAY AWAY!!!

Very poor customer service when we had a claim. Then when I tried to switch the policy to another agent, he refused to make the transfer--it took me months to get this resolved. State Farm has been good to us for many years, but this agent is terrible.

Horrible customer service. I've asked 5 times to speak with the Agent Steve Switala, has never made an effort to call me. I've had a policy with this office for over 20 years, was sold to me by Terry Schick the former agent. This agent and his staff took over, nothing but problems. For the last four months the billing has been wrong. They don't return calls and generally just don't care. Have filed a complaint with State Farm.

An "exceptional customer service experience" doesn't even begin to describe my phone call with Brian at Steve Switala's State Farm office! I had been looking up car insurance quotes online for two hours before I called Steve's office and was becoming very discouraged. I'm so glad I called! Brian made purchasing car insurance pleasurable. He was attentive, personable and answered every question I had thoroughly and with such patience. I received an awesome rate on my car insurance and am so confident knowing I have such a competent team on my side! Everyone should call Steve Switala's office!
