The new McDonald's is a bit high tech. You have to order at the touch screen, which is easy!! Don't let it scare you. It's very user friendly. Everything has pictures to go with it. The cups are right by it too, so don't forget it like I tried to. The seating area is nice and has multiple booths. There's also a separate seating area, closed off even, for those who wish to watch news and used laptops. The play place is a little bit of a down grade in my opinion. There is no tubes like before, I can't remember if it has a slide but they have two touch screens with games that are fun and can be played two person games. Yes that's cool I guess but personally this annoys me. I bring my kids to play not stare at a screen.

Every single time I go to the store they screw up the order somehow. Tonight we asked for honey and got honey mustard and there was no napkins in the bag. When I called to complain to the manager, and I said I’m not looking for anything for free I just want your employees to do their job right, he then says to me oh I’m so sorry you’ve had a hard day blah blah blah. I didn’t have a hard day, I just get mad when a fast food restaurant can’t even get an order right, this happens every single time! But yet these people want $15 an hour to work here when they can’t even do their job correctly…

I don't like the new self checkout. It's impersonal. As a cashier myself I pride myself on customer service. No one greats you. No one is friendly. It's all just sad. I won't come back because I don't matter anyway.

You got a very nice place here in Kalispell great big TV in there and I never have the volume on and a lot of us in Montana like to watch Fox News I don't understand what the hell's the deal you got a TV in there and no volume you might as well get rid of that TV and put it in a vending machine or something beautiful TV and can't even listen to it that has got me puzzled some people don't like it probably on days they say good bothers them or they don't like political stuff to be said on the TV but they can go sit someplace else they don't have to sit in that little room they can go sit down on the different places there's all kinds of places that they don't have to sit in that room I like to go with my girlfriend and watch a little TV silent movie put the little bit of it put a remote control on there so we could make up our own mind

Dylan was my girlfriends and my server and actually came out to check on us while we were quietly talking. Asked us if we needed anything even a refill of her coffee. I am leaving this review because I deeply appreciate that.
