Tonight it all came bk to me why i don't go eat at McDonald's. I went to drive thru tonight to get a PREMIUM meaning the best chicken they sell southwest salad. I got home only to find a mcchicken piece of thin hard and cold chicken on my PREMIUM salad. I went back and the manager fixed us a fresh one but why should i have to come back late at night and waste my gas for something that should have been done right the first time? I associate McDonald's with forgetting napkins and ketchup in the bag or even wrong toppings on a salad or sandwich but to put a mcchicken piece of meat on my salad was just pure lazy and someone not doing their job!

Could not for the life of the guy in the back making the hamburgers understand what plain with pickles only meant. Had to be explained to him multiple times.

Order was accurate. Food was fresh. Cashier was pleasant, friendly, and courteous.

I give them no stars. First the cashier wasn't pleasant at all. I wasn't greeted and he barely spoke a word. There's a promotion going on if the new Buttermilk Chicken Nuggets is not suggested, then you get a 4 piece free. It was not suggested. While waiting for my order, which took almost 10 minutes, I observed the employees in the back not preparing orders, but conversing and laughing whIle cars were being parked and customers in the dinning room waiting for food. I am a young lady was this promotion valid she stated it was, I replied, "It was suggested to me." She turned to the young man, oh by the way only one cashier working the front, with an attitude and a frown says I did, I told him he did not. His response was oh well just give it to her, walked away saying  it's going to be one of those nights, I'm going to walk off if I last that long.  The young lady called it back, and the young lady from the drive thru asked what was the hold up on the orders and someone says 3 people in the back and not cooking, which cause the people in back arguing with the front. It took another 10 minutes, even after the manager requested them. The worse customer service ever. More training is needed.  Customers that were waiting to order left be cause he left the front. No one is running the shop.
