Used the McDonald's app for the first time and all I can say is, this will be our last.
We used the app to place and pay for our order. When we arrived at the restaurant and parked. We "checked in" and punched in that we were waiting in stall #4... 15 mins later, we were still waiting, so my husband ended up going in and speaking to the manager. All the manager said was..."awwwww, that damn app messed up again...guess someone else got your order." Plus, the guy standing next to my husband also used the app and he was given the wrong order....so with that being said...
Be very careful if you choose to use the app. Also, the staff seemed confused as well as overwelmed and possibly short staffed. After waiting for our order and FINALLY getting it almost 30 mins later while saying an unconvincing "sorry" as they gave my husband the food...just made the situation worse. 
Very disappointed in how this was handled. We won't be going back nor will we ever use the app at any McDonald's location in the future

Busy breakfast drive thru. Dining room 8/10 cleanliness. Upgraded interior. Indoor kids playland separated by glass. Well kept landscaping. Typical  McDonald's staffing, high turnover.

I WISH WE DIDNT HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR AT ALL. Ordered #4, McDouble, 10 piece and small fry. Instead got two fish sandwiches. The employee of coarse shut the window and walked away so we sat there trying to get their attention. Finally got his attention, Told him of the mistake and he asked for the food back. The same food that has now been in our car for 2 minutes. Excuse me???? That's nasty. He then handed us another bag with ANOTHER WRONG ORDER. this bag contained three cheeseburgers. So we finally had to park the car and walk inside to get the correct order. Mind you there are only three cars in the drive thru (lobby was closed) and they ask us for the receipt. Which they didn't hand to us to begin with. We can see our order still on the monitor and they're asking us what is was. 1 minute later the guy asks "so youre waiting for fries?"  HOW MUCH WEED IS SMOKED HERE. We just spoke to you and you're still confused???!!??!!? Your management truly needs to review proper protocol on food safety. You never take let alone ask for food back into the establishment. Disgusting.

The wait time you have to wait at McDonald's in Ellenwood is too loan the cashier have too many responsibilities and waiting on customers at the same time as soon as a Burger King finished being remodeled I'm sure you're going to lose a great deal of customers I'm there every morning I see customers leaving the premises and that's not good for a business thank you for allowing me to vent
